Established Business Seeks Experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner

We are a reputable and established business dedicated to providing quality and personal service to our clients. We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner to take a lead role in our Residential Conveyancing department.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of conveyancing matters, including:

  • Registered and unregistered property transactions
  • Freehold, leasehold, new build, and shared ownership properties
  • Re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and help to buy schemes
  • Land Registry applications and other related matters

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of conveyancing cases from inception to completion
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to ensure accurate and timely completion of cases
  • Communicate effectively with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth case progression
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in conveyancing law and regulations

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in conveyancing, preferably in a residential setting
  • Strong knowledge of conveyancing law and procedures
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
