About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Smart Repair Technician to join our team at TrustFord. As a key member of our Bodyshop team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality repairs and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maximize customer satisfaction by ensuring all Smart Repairs are completed on time and to the highest standard of quality.
  • Carry out preparation, local paintwork, light filling repairs, windscreen repairs, and cosmetic refurbishing of road wheels on all makes of vehicles.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of modern paint systems and techniques.

Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
