VDA Performance Analyst

Solus Accident Repair Centres are looking for a skilled Solus Repair Consultant to join our team.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to work in partnership with our skilled production team to achieve the best outcome for our customers.

The successful candidate will report directly to the site Production Lead and be responsible for recording and estimating all repair information while ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Work closely with the production team to deliver high-quality repairs.
• Record and estimate repair information accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and communication.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A strong understanding of repair processes and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a competitive salary package, including a basic salary of up to £45,000 per annum, plus perks, benefits, overtime, and bonuses.
