About the Role
Hays Senior Finance is seeking a skilled Client Accountant to support their team in delivering exceptional service to clients. As a Client Accountant, you will be responsible for preparing financial statements for a range of clients, including sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies with turnovers up to £3 million.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements for clients
- Collaborate with the accounts team to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
- Develop and implement effective training programs for junior staff
- Manage your workload efficiently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Build strong relationships with clients and provide expert guidance on financial matters
Requirements
- Proven experience in handling financial accounts for a diverse range of clients in a practice environment
- Strong technical skills, with expertise in financial software, specifically Xero
- AAT qualified or qualified by experience (QBE)
What We Offer
In return, you will be offered a competitive salary between £30,000 and £36,000, dependent on experience.
