Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage tender and contract documents, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Conduct cost analysis and provide detailed reports to clients, highlighting areas of cost savings and optimization opportunities.
  • Collaborate with clients to establish project requirements and undertake feasibility studies, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Perform risk management and cost control activities, identifying and mitigating potential risks to ensure project success.
  • Advise clients on procurement strategies, ensuring that the most cost-effective and efficient solutions are implemented.
  • Analyze costings of tender returns and provide recommendations to clients on the most suitable contracts.
  • Provide expert advice on contractual claims and disputes, ensuring that clients' interests are protected.
  • Prepare and present detailed progress reports to clients, highlighting project milestones and achievements.
  • Value completed work and advise clients on payments to be made, ensuring that all financial transactions are accurate and compliant with industry regulations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a consultancy, client, or contractor role, with a strong background in cost management and contract administration.
  • Currently working towards MRICS or a relevant professional body, with a strong understanding of industry standards and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Extensive experience with NEC and contract administration, with a strong understanding of industry best practices.
