Nursery Operations Managers set the tone for our expert Educators within one of our nursery Family Rooms, and lead by example in everything they do. As a Nursery Operations Manager, you'll help your team achieve their potential in their roles as they help every child achieve theirs. In this exciting role, you'll oversee daily operations, manage budgets, and develop strategies to drive growth. As a Nursery Operations Manager at N Family Club, you can expect:• A salary range of £27,500 - £31,500, commensurate with experience
• Performance-related bonuses up to £1,200 per year, rewarding your dedication and hard work
• Flexible working patterns, including a 4-day week, tailored to suit your needs
• Up to 32 days of annual leave, plus bank holidays and additional 'Me' days off throughout the year
• Complimentary daily lunch and drinks, and a personal development fund of £100 per year
• Access to our N Academy, offering training and professional development opportunities
• Funding for Level 3/EYTT/EY Degrees/Forest School/Leadership and other relevant qualifications, and paid time off for courses

• Emergency childcare: 6 back-up childcare days in any of our nurseries
