We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Officer to join our team at Perfection Fresh Australia. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with quality standards and driving continuous improvement within our organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct quality assessments on incoming and outgoing products against customer specifications using Harvestmark.
- Escalate and communicate any non-conforming stock in a timely manner to the Shift Supervisor.
- Assist in site GMP checks to ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and Food Safety standards.
- Identify, quality assess, prepare, and store stock for distribution consistent with customer expectations and food safety standards.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Quality Assurance systems, including HACCP and GMP.
- Proficiency with Quality control software platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
- Practical knowledge and experience in a FMCG operational environment.
- Knowledge of and experience in the fresh produce industry.
- Current LF (high risk) forklift licence.
- Manual stock handling capability when required.
