We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Specialist to join our team at Randstad. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' building services.

About the Role

This is a permanent position that requires a maintenance plumber with experience in building services maintenance. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Draining and flushing systems
  • Servicing and maintaining TMVs, cooling towers, and kitchen and bathroom plumbing appliances
  • Fixing leaks and replacing faulty pipes
  • Fault finding and maintaining hold/cold water plant systems
  • Water sampling in compliance with L8 regulations
  • Changing taps and cleaning/changing filters
  • Unblocking toilets and fixing flushes
  • Minor patch repairs

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A full UK driver's license
  • A minimum of NVQ Level 2 Plumbing Studies/Plumbing & Heating
  • Experience in building services plumbing maintenance

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of up to £36,000 per annum, a 25-day holiday entitlement, and 8 days' bank holiday. You will also have the opportunity to work with a leading FM service provider and be part of a dynamic team.
