We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sous Chef to join our team at the Windmill Village Hotel, a vibrant and dynamic family business. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in the management of food service operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality, presentation, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation
• Supervise and coordinate the work of kitchen staff, ensuring efficient and effective service
• Monitor and maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and quality control
• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and implement new menu ideas and concepts
• Contribute to the development and implementation of kitchen policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior Sous Chef or Executive Chef Assistant in a similar hotel or restaurant environment
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent culinary skills, with a focus on quality, presentation, and customer satisfaction
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and quality control procedures
