Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Waste Management Specialist to join our team in Aberdeenshire. As a key member of our waste collection team, you will be responsible for collecting and disposing of recyclable and residual waste in accordance with Council policies and procedures.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will have the chance to make a real difference in our community. You will be working closely with property owners in Aberdeenshire to ensure that waste is collected and disposed of efficiently and effectively.

The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to quality service delivery and continuous improvement. You will be responsible for demonstrating this commitment through your daily work and contributing to the overall success of the Service.

As a Waste Management Specialist, you will be required to work a 3-day week, with hours from 7:00 am to 4:45 pm. This role offers a great work-life balance, allowing you to enjoy your free time while also making a positive impact on our community.
