Architectural Technologist Position Overview

Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD is seeking a skilled Architectural Technologist to join their Residential team in Newcastle. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality drawings and designs using Revit software.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years post-qualification experience and proficiency in Revit. They will also have excellent tenure, a background working within the Residential sector, and proven technical design and detailing skills in a portfolio.

The successful Architectural Technologist will have strong communicative and team-working skills, with the ability to collaborate on projects and work in a fast-paced environment. They will also be proficient in Technical Building Design and Building Regulations to prepare packages and make submissions.

Architectural Technologist Position Requirements
  • Minimum of 3+ years post-qualification experience
  • Proficiency working with Revit
  • Excellent tenure
  • Background working within the Residential sector
  • Proven technical design and detailing skills in a portfolio
Architectural Technologist Position Benefits
  • Competitive salary, ranging between £30,000 to £48,000 depending on experience
  • Standard 8.30am - 5:30pm working hours with flexible start/finish times
