About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Protective Services Specialist to join our team at First Response Group (FRG).

The successful candidate will be responsible for working well within a team, utilizing excellent communication skills to effectively report incidents, and maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To maintain accurate records, including incident reports and near miss reports

  • To possess a valid SIA license for frontline Security Guarding or Door Supervision
  • To have knowledge and physical ability to use fire extinguishers and other emergency equipment as needed
  • To provide a comprehensive 5-year work/education history, including full company names, addresses, and contact information
  • To demonstrate punctuality and reliability
  • To commit to providing first-class customer service, exceeding client expectations
  • To have knowledge of security procedures and protocols
  • To act in a decision-making capacity, making informed choices to drive results

Requirements:

  • A valid SIA license for frontline Security Guarding or Door Supervision
  • A commitment to providing exceptional customer service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A comprehensive 5-year work/education history
  • Attention to detail and a strong sense of reliability
