**Job Title:** IT Director - FMCG Industry Leader

**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced IT Director to lead our IT function in a prestigious FMCG company. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing an IT strategy that supports the business's goals and objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop IT Strategy: Create a clear and robust IT strategy that takes into consideration cost efficiency, legislation, and security.
• Project Management: Manage projects, including resourcing, financial reporting, scheduling, and implementation.
• System Stability and Performance: Ensure system stability and performance, and implement measures to prevent downtime.
• System Continuity: Develop and implement a system continuity plan to ensure business continuity in the event of a disaster.
• Software and Data Negotiation: Negotiate contracts with software and data providers to ensure the best possible deals.
• Budgetary Control: Manage the IT budget and ensure that expenses are within budget.
• Team Management: Manage a team of IT professionals, including appraisals and development.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3 years' experience in leading an IT function, 5 years' experience in a MS server environment, and 3 years' experience in data management and report requirements.
• Skills: Excellent working knowledge of Windows Server and SQL, and experience with project leadership and planning and control skills.
• Qualifications: Trained in systems analysis, systems design, and project leadership and planning and control skills.
