Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Cyber Threat Defense Specialist to join our Enterprise Customer Success team in the UK and Ireland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving adoption and outcomes leading to renewals, expansion, and advocacy across your portfolio.

You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and develop strategies to drive business value from Darktrace's AI-powered cyber threat defense solutions. This includes conducting business reviews with client executives, presenting and demonstrating Darktrace solutions to CISOs and security experts, and identifying and nurturing upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to quickly understand technical information and process large amounts of data. You will also be comfortable working in a target-driven environment and have experience in a customer-facing role, such as an Account Executive or Customer Success Manager position.

This is a hybrid-based role, requiring a minimum of 3 days per week at our London office. Regular travel to visit clients may be required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive adoption and outcomes leading to renewals, expansion, and advocacy across your portfolio
  • Conduct business reviews with client executives to drive satisfaction and desired outcomes
  • Present and demonstrate Darktrace cyber threat defense solutions to CISOs and security experts
  • Identify and nurture upsell and cross-sell opportunities by aligning products with customers' evolving needs

Estimated Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum depending on experience. Benefits include 23 days' holiday + all public holidays, rising to 25 days after 2 years of service, additional day off for your birthday, private medical insurance, life insurance of 4 times your base salary, and more.
