We're looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Porter to join our team at Leonardo Inn Hotel Aberdeen Airport. As a key member of our hotel team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Take pride in delivering excellent guest care at all times, interacting with guests at welcome and departure.
- Work closely with the Head of Department to maintain a smooth and efficient hotel operation.
- Maximize guest satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support.
- Carry out regular Fire Walks each night to ensure the safety and security of the hotel and our guests.
