About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and organized individual to join our team at MHA as a Tax and Probate Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a growing firm of Chartered Accountants and Tax Advisors, where you will have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge in tax, probate, and estate administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the tax and probate team, including reading and preparing legal documents.
  • Assist with investigating and solving practical or technical challenges related to probate and tax.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of the probate process and related tax advisory work.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives and support the wider team at MHA with other business activities.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in an office environment, providing administration assistance to individuals and teams.
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail, with a positive and assertive manner.
  • Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple deadlines and priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills, with high standards of grammar and written communication.
