About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team at HSL Chairs. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have a positive experience in our showroom.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized service to customers, answering their questions and addressing their needs
  • Assist customers in selecting the right furniture for their needs, using our exclusive chair fitting service
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming showroom environment
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
Requirements
  • Previous experience in retail sales or customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Flexibility to work weekends and weekdays as required
  • DBS check required
