- Perform general administrative duties including answering phone calls, taking messages, and responding to inquiries
- Print and distribute pick notes on a daily basis to ensure accurate order processing
- Book in fresh products using a tablet system and frozen products via PC, ensuring data accuracy
- Carry out daily stock transfers from cold stores, keeping stock records up-to-date
- Monitor vehicle maintenance on a daily basis, reporting any defects or issues to the manager
- Work closely with storemen and drivers, assisting with planning routes and scheduling runs
- Assist with logistics coordination by liaising with drivers and managing run sheets
- Provide trustworthy and consistent support to the logistics team
