About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Manager to join our team at St Ewe Free Range Eggs Ltd. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in driving business performance and delivering financial strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial models to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Manage and analyze complex financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver financial insights and recommendations.
  • Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Identify and mitigate business risks, ensuring the company's financial stability and security.

Requirements:

  • Recognized accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or equivalent) and strong academic background.
  • Proven experience in senior-level accountancy, with a strong track record of delivering financial analysis and budgeting.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.
  • Competence with financial software, including Microsoft Dynamics 365.
