Reablement Assistant
Cheshire West and Chester Council is seeking a dedicated Reablement Assistant to join our team. As a Reablement Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals in their own homes to achieve their full potential and live independently.
About the Role
As a Reablement Assistant, you will work closely with our reablement team to deliver a high-quality service that promotes and sustains people's independence living in the community. Your primary responsibility will be to support service users in their daily living skills, set clear and achievable goals, and help them rebuild their confidence and independence.
