CereCore is a healthcare technology company that helps organizations align business and IT strategies to improve processes and patient care. We are seeking a PMO Analyst to join our team in London, UK. The successful candidate will work as part of the Delivery Team on an EHR replacement programme, coordinating project work, including preparation, tracking, and maintenance of project plans, resource plans, and schedules. The PMO Analyst will support project managers in their development of schedules, milestones, deliverables, and overall project plans. They will also develop and maintain project plans in Microsoft Project, identify risks and issues, and track contingency plans or issue resolution to completion. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, excellent organization and time management abilities, and experience in a similar position working on EHR implementation or replacement projects. They will be competent in the use of Microsoft Office products, including MS Project, SharePoint, MS Lists, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Prince 2 or other Project Management qualification is desirable. The role is a hybrid position, with travel to the London Bridge office as required. The PMO Analyst will work closely with the project manager to develop project charters, track project dependencies, and monitor overall project progress. They will also write project status reports and participate in project post-closure reviews. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
