Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled BMS/Controls Engineer to join our team at ZipRecruiter. As a BMS/Controls Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the environmental controls within our buildings meet the required specifications and tolerances.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and assure the environmental controls within the building/specialist areas conform to the required specifications and tolerances.
  • Ensure change control is applied to documentation, software, and hardware.
  • Responsible for equipment and services inspections, testing, planned maintenance, modifications, and fault finding.
  • Investigate, diagnose, and rectify faults on mechanical/electrical distribution systems, plant, and equipment when appointed to do so.
  • Report to and seek advice from the Engineering Leaders on all matters pertaining to Operational matters, Regulatory, and Statutory compliance.
  • Carry out Technical and Quality Audits to ensure assets and operations are technically and statutory compliant.
  • Identify and agree system enhancements to improve resilience and performance.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in building management systems and control engineering. You will also need to have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
