The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing annual statutory accounts for limited companies, including consolidated accounts where applicable. You will also prepare and submit corporation tax returns and directors' self-assessment tax returns, ensuring accurate tax treatment of capitalized items. Additionally, you will liaise with HMRC and Companies House on behalf of clients, collaborate with internal teams regarding year-end adjustments, and provide timely financial and tax advice to both clients and internal teams.
