Your Journey:

Your journey as a Trainee Lettings Negotiator will begin with two weeks at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre, where you'll receive industry-leading training delivered through one-to-one and group sessions, and day-to-day learning led by our industry experts.

How You'll Make an Impact:

  • Market properties to potential tenants
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings
  • Negotiate offers
  • Agree new tenancies
  • Generate new leads through canvassing, door knocking, and leaflet dropping
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
  • Continue your training and development, with close support from your mentor
