Front Office Team Member

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Front Office Agent to join our team at Bulgari Hotel London. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, ensuring their stay is memorable and enjoyable.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and attentive check-in, rooming and check-out services for hotel guests.
- Co-ordinate room assignments, organize guestroom moves, control sell-out days, supervise upgrades and monitor interfaces.
- Offer information and assistance to guests, ensuring they have a seamless and enjoyable experience.
Requirements
- Operational knowledge of MARSHA, Opera, Excel and Word.
- Relevant NVQ or professional qualifications in hospitality.
- Experience in a luxury service environment, with excellent customer service skills.
- Good written and spoken English, with fluency in a second language beneficial.
