Requirements

  1. Experience leading a team to achieve targets in a fast-paced environment
  2. Ability to effectively delegate tasks and motivate your team
  3. Patience and a friendly manner with the ability to remain calm in any situation
  4. Passion to thrive as a key part of the Store Team
  5. A proactive and encouraging approach to help your colleagues develop themselves and store operations

  2. Extra £2.00 per hour for work during bank holidays and £3.50 per hour for night shifts
