Salary: £43,000 - £47,000 (negotiated on experience) + Bonus

Hours: 08:00 - 17:00, Monday - Friday

Job Summary:

The Facade Estimator will be responsible for accurately estimating the cost of brick slip facade systems for various construction projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in the construction industry, particularly in facade systems, and possess excellent analytical, communication, and commercial skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse architectural drawings, specifications, and project requirements to prepare detailed cost estimates for brick facade systems and associated framing and fixing systems.
• Identify the scope of work and project requirements, materials, and design requirements and develop detailed cost breakdowns, including material costs, and potential project savings resulting from the use of the Faade system.
• Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments to gather accurate pricing information.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in construction estimating, specifically in facades, cladding, or brick slip systems.
• Proven track record in preparing estimates and tender submissions for large-scale projects.
• Proficient in estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, CostX, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project).
