Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN specialist to join our team at one of our partner schools in Lewisham. As an SEN specialist, you will work closely with teachers and other professionals to provide individualized support to students with special educational needs.

The successful candidate will have prior experience working 1:1 with a neurodivergent or SEN student, a strong academic record, and the ability to integrate extracurricular activities into school life. This role offers a competitive salary of £520 per week, paid weekly via PAYE, and a Monday to Friday schedule from 8am to 4pm.

Key responsibilities of this role include:
1. Providing individualized support to students with special educational needs
2. Collaborating with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans
3. Integrating extracurricular activities into school life to promote socialization and skill development
4. Maintaining accurate records of student progress and performance
