Academic Director

We are seeking an experienced educator to join our Senior Leadership Team as a Assistant Headteacher. Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Act as Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) and lead on whole-school safeguarding initiatives
• Provide pastoral care and support to students, including counseling and mentoring
• Contribute to the development and implementation of whole-school policies and strategies
• Collaborate with senior leaders to drive school improvement and achievement

Requirements:

• Qualified teacher status or equivalent experience
• Proven leadership experience in a school setting
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding practices and policies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary: L12 – 16 including London Fringe Allowance, with further incremental progression for outstanding performance. The estimated salary range for this position is £60,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
