Your Role

The Warehouse Operative is a vital component of our day-to-day operational functionality, delivering objectives and outputs efficiently and effectively within a Kuehne+Nagel warehouse environment.

Your Responsibilities
  • Perform daily MHE safety checks (where applicable)
  • Carry out assigned tasks including picking, packing, goods receipt, checking, loading & unloading of vehicles, hygiene, processing of returns, and stock maintenance and integrity tasks
  • Operate Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and perform other assigned computer-based tasks as required
  • Comply and contribute to the KN 5s standards within the working area
  • Actively contribute towards continuous improvement projects and ideas
  • Operate to trained work instructions (ABC Modules/WI)
  • Adhere to company standards as detailed in the Code of Conduct Policy
  • Comply with all instructed Safe Working Practices, including the reporting of all accidents and incidents within the workplace
  • Achieve individual and team productivity performance standards, including accuracy
Your Skills and Experiences
  • Proficient in PC software
  • MHE license (where applicable)
  • Understanding of warehouse practices, including picking and loading
  • Ability to work individually or as part of a team
  • Reliable and committed to attending work on time
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to achieve a high level of accuracy
  • High attention to detail
