Residential Plumber

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Plumber to work in the luxury properties of Knightsbridge, London.

The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing hot and cold-water services, sanitation, and waste disposal systems, as well as central heating systems. This role requires flexibility during the busy season (May to October) with regards to hours and days worked.

Main Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair hot and cold-water services, sanitation, and waste disposal systems and central heating systems.
• Fix and maintain piped services, including drainage.
• Test closed loop heating circuits for correct levels.
• Assist other staff members as required.
• Maintain inventory for plumbing materials.
• Liaise regularly with colleagues, supervisors, and managers to ensure an efficient and effective service is delivered to the client at all times.
• Provide cover for colleagues during periods of absence.
• Adhere to all Company policies and procedures, particularly regarding health and safety.
• Seasonal shift & on call rota.
• Any other duties as and when requested.

Requirements:

• CITY & GUILDS 6089 NVQ LEVEL 2 AND 3 IN PLUMBING (OR ABOVE)
• UNVENTED TICKET
• Knowledge of Health & Safety and COSHH
• Knowledge of building regulations
• Possesses own hand tools
• Ensure a professional approach is always delivered with particular emphasis on maintaining confidentiality.
• Significant proven experience
• Full clean UK driving licence

Annual Salary: £37,000 per annum (plus overtime at time and a half).
