About the Position:
The Assembly Technician will be responsible for ensuring all products meet quality standards by adhering to engineering drawings and instructions. Occasional assembly tasks, product testing, and fault-finding will also be required. Experience working in a production environment, technical knowledge, and a formal education are essential requirements for this role.

Compensation Package:
The compensation package includes a salary range of up to £32,000 per annum, plus a performance-based bonus scheme, which can add approximately £3,500 per year. Additional benefits include a contributory pension plan, 25 days' annual leave (including 8 bank holidays), life insurance, and enhanced sick pay.
