Birkin Cleaning Services Limited has an exciting new opportunity for an Operations Support Administrator working in the cleaning and facilities management sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the administration and coordination of projects while supporting the management of client relationships.
The successful candidate will be proficient in administrative duties, highly organized, and have experience in working within the cleaning and facilities management sector. A good level of IT knowledge is essential for this role, including all Microsoft programmes, with the ability to adapt and learn to work with new systems.
This role is based at our office for 5 days a week. The ideal candidate will have proven knowledge and understanding within the cleaning and facilities management sector, and be highly organized, accurate, and able to monitor work for quality.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing accurate, data-driven reports
- Assisting in the administration and coordination of projects
- Supporting the management of client relationships
- Working with all Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
