Job Role: Community Care Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable individual to join our team as a Community Care Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Companionship and social interaction with clients
• Assisting with light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Accompanying clients to appointments and social outings
• Providing personal care and medication administration
