We are seeking a passionate and experienced Team Leader to join our team at Heythrop Park Hotel, part of Warner Leisure Hotels. As a Leisure Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and coaching a small team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

About the Role

As a Leisure Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team to host a variety of activities, including rifle shooting and archery, while also ensuring the gym and lifeguarding duties around the pool are covered.

  • Someone who can create an environment where colleagues can achieve their full potential
  • Able to work independently and provide exceptional customer service and cleanliness throughout the leisure department
  • Guest-focused with a positive and problem-solving attitude

Requirements

  • Experience working in a Leisure environment
  • Able to lead and inspire a small leisure team
  • Plant Room trained
  • National Pool Lifeguard qualification (NPLQ) an advantage but not essential – Full training available
  • Ensure a safe, secure, and appealing environment is maintained for team and guests
