Kingdom People is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and maintenance of our machinery and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failure and ensure smooth production operations.
- Analyze and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Conduct repairs and maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facilities to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Set up machinery as required at production changeovers to minimize downtime.
- Ensure all equipment and machinery is properly calibrated and maintained to meet quality and safety standards.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in food manufacturing maintenance, with a strong mechanical bias.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with HACCP and BRC standards and ability to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with multihead weighing machines, bagging machines, linear weighers, cartoning machines, flow wrap machines, shrink wrap machines, coding equipment, and inspection equipment.
