Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Store Manager to join our team at AllSaints in Brighton. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of floor managers and stylists to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards to create an engaging and inspiring store environment.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and partners to drive business results.
- Stay up-to-date with fashion trends and product knowledge to provide expert advice to customers.
- Manage and maintain store operations, including inventory management, stockroom organization, and visual merchandising.
- Collaborate with the brand leader to develop and implement store strategies to drive sales growth and customer engagement.
- Proven experience in a retail leadership role, with a strong track record of sales growth and team development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and partners.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer service and sales growth.
- Knowledge of fashion trends and product knowledge, with the ability to provide expert advice to customers.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration.
