As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for assessing clients' mortgage and protection needs, researching suitable options, and presenting tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals, and providing expert advice to help them achieve their objectives.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing a deep understanding of AFH's financial services and core values.
  • Representing the AFH brand in a professional and courteous manner at all times.
  • Complying with AFH's advice process and maintaining regulatory competence and KPI standards.
  • Following the Regulated Advice Process to build long-term relationships and deliver excellent client outcomes.
  • Acquiring new clients through referrals, professional introducers, and company lead generation programs.
  • Liaising with solicitors, estate agents, and clients to guide them through the buying process.
  • Developing and maintaining good client and introducer relationships through client meetings and ongoing feedback.
  • Ensuring all activities are completed in a timely and compliant manner.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Minimum CeMAP qualification (or equivalent).
  • R05 or equivalent Protection Qualification.
  • A client-centric approach, with excellent interpersonal skills, approachability, and professionalism.
  • Well-presented, articulate, and dedicated to doing the right thing for our clients.
  • Capable IT skills and an embracive attitude towards virtual and digital communication methods.
  • Ability to network and attract new clients through business development and effective business planning.
