Menzies Distribution Ltd is looking for an experienced Hub Sort Manager to oversee the efficient operation of our parcel sortation Hub. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring smooth and timely sorting, processing, and dispatching of parcels.
Key Objectives- Optimise productivity and reduce costs through strategic planning and implementation.
- Monitor and analyse KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiency in warehouse operations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
Estimated Salary: £34,500 per annum. Location: Warrington.
