About the Role

As a Residential Care Professional at Regent Residential Care Home, you will play a vital role in delivering personalized care plans that meet the unique needs and preferences of our residents. You will work collaboratively with our team to support residents with daily activities, promote their independence and dignity, and engage them in leisure and social activities that enhance their physical and mental well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality care and support to residents, promoting their independence and dignity.
  • Assist with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
  • Support residents with medication management and administration.
  • Engage residents in leisure and social activities, promoting their physical and mental well-being.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a caring and compassionate individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality care. You should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively as part of a team. Experience in care is not essential, as we will provide comprehensive training and support to help you develop your skills and confidence.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £11.90 per hour, plus a range of benefits, including comprehensive training and development opportunities, free meals during long shifts, and a contributory pension plan. You will also have access to our Cycle to Work scheme and enjoy 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays (pro rata).
