Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and supporting the clinical care team in achieving our mission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform pre-visit planning, rooming patients, and preparing them for provider visits;
  • Conduct in-house labs and procedures according to standard nursing practice and/or health maintenance/chronic care protocols;
  • Document patient information accurately and efficiently;
