About the Role:

Meridian Business Support Limited is seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to work as a Non-Residential House Parent at an educational establishment in Oxford. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to boarders, while leading and managing an individual boarding house in accordance with the current minimum Ofsted Framework (SCIFF) and the National Minimum Standards for Boarding Schools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a safe and nurturing environment for boarders, promoting their physical, emotional, and educational well-being.
  • Lead and manage the boarding house, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Develop and implement programs to enhance the boarders' experience, fostering a sense of community and belonging.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of care.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in residential care or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional care and support to boarders.
