We are seeking an exceptional Headteacher to lead our brand-new SEN school, Robins Way School, in Amesbury, Wiltshire. As a key member of the Outcomes First Group, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and management to ensure the school meets its aims and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide effective leadership and management of the school, ensuring high-quality education and care for pupils with complex needs.
  • Develop and implement a shared vision that aligns with the Acorn Group strategy, inspiring and motivating students, staff, and the wider school community.
  • Lead and manage a team of staff, promoting a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure the school operates within the overall strategy and guidelines of Acorn Education, meeting statutory requirements and achieving the highest inspection ratings possible.
  • Develop and implement growth plans, managing costs, and ensuring the commercial success of the school.
Requirements
  • At least three years' experience as a senior leader in a specialist school for pupils with complex communication needs.
  • Qualified Teacher Status or Equivalent.
  • Willingness to extend personal and professional development.
  • Ability to lead and provide a clear vision.
  • Appreciation and understanding that leadership and management of school encompasses processes contributing to pupil outcomes, staff motivation, keeping pupils safe, filling the school with pupils, managing costs, meeting regulatory requirements, and applying growth plans as appropriate.
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary up to £75,000 per annum, depending on experience, with a performance-related bonus.
  • Monday to Friday, term-time only.
  • Permanent position.
