About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Cleaning Operative to join our team at Mitie. As a Cleaning Operative, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out cleaning tasks to a high standard, including using scrubber dryers and mopping floors.
  • Ensure equipment is kept clean, well-maintained, and in safe working order.
  • Build knowledge and understanding of the designated cleaning area and work schedule.
  • Work within a team and under their own initiative to achieve goals.
  • Provide excellent customer service and seek ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations.
