Job Description

A leading independent property consultancy, Beach Baker, is seeking a highly skilled Property Management Surveyor to join their Bristol office. This recruitment follows the successful acquisition of a new client, presenting an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to integrate into a growing firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead property manager for a single client with a regional property portfolio of approximately 8-10 properties, including office, leisure, and retail occupiers.
  • Develop and implement effective budgeting and cost control strategies to optimize property performance.
  • Utilize knowledge of building construction, M&E installations, and contract management to ensure seamless property operations.
  • Manage lease renewals, rent reviews, and lettings/disposals/acquisitions to maximize property value.
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety legislation and best practices.
  • Produce clear, concise reports with well-argued conclusions and recommendations.
  • Drive results-oriented performance and work at pace to meet targets.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional property services.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of property management principles and practices.
  • RICS qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Full UK driving license.
  • Knowledge of Property Management software.
  • Proven commercial property management experience.
