Residential Care Assistant

We are seeking experienced Live-In Care Assistants to join our team in Cheshire, Nottinghamshire, and Yorkshire, offering a competitive salary, flexible working hours, and a range of benefits.
- Salary: £900 per week, based on industry standards
- Benefits: Double time on bank holidays, additional enhancements over Christmas, paid travel, free food and accommodation, pay enhancements for qualifications and long-term commitment, instant access to pay, and a funded DBS check
- Support and development: Ongoing training and support, career progression opportunities, and a 24/7 support system
In this role, you will work closely with clients and their families to understand their needs and preferences, providing tailored care and support to enhance their quality of life.
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Supporting with personal care, such as bathing and dressing
- Helping with mobility and staying active
- Assisting with medication or specialist needs
- Helping with household tasks, such as cooking and cleaning
