HVAC Contracts Engineer and Contracts Manager

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Contracts Engineer and Contracts Manager to join our team at Recarb Engineering Ltd. Due to our continued expansion, this role will be based remotely at home, with extensive travel required to attend sites and occasional travel to our HQ in the West Midlands.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the installation of HVAC services for various clients throughout the UK. This will involve attending and reporting on pre-start meetings and subsequent meetings throughout the contract.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Procure subcontract labour, materials, and ancillary items.
  2. Keep clients and company updated on all matters.
  3. Ensure installations are completed within target dates and budgets.
  4. Build strong professional relationships and manage projects effectively.
  5. Must be computer literate, self-motivated, personable, and able to work independently as part of a team and liaise effectively at all levels.
  6. Relevant air conditioning and ventilation experience is essential.
  7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  8. Competent with working from AutoCAD drawings.

Qualifications:

  • ONC/HNC qualification in Building Services (HVAC) preferred but not essential, dependent upon experience.
  • Required education: Diploma/Certificate.
  • Required experience: HVAC, Plumbing, Mechanical, Ventilation, Air Conditioning: 1 year.
