Senior Engineer Opportunity at Tony Gee and Partners

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer to join our renowned rail team in Ashford, Kent. As a post chartered engineer, you will have experience in the detailed design and refurbishment of rail structures, including bridges, station buildings, and platform extensions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver designs for contractors or Network Rail directly
  • Lead the role of Design CRE
  • Manage the production of design deliverables, including packages of drawings and specifications
  • Supervise engineers and BIM/CAD technicians
Requirements
  • Civil/structural engineering degree or equivalent industry experience
  • Chartered Engineer with IStructE or ICE
  • PTS certificate and a valid clean UK driving license
  • Experience of steel and concrete design to Eurocodes
  • Experience in conventional computer software for the analysis of structures
Desirable Skills
  • Production of design deliverables
  • Supervision of engineers and BIM/CAD technicians

We are looking for a candidate who can demonstrate experience delivering designs for contractors or Network Rail directly and has fulfilled the role of Design CRE.
