Job Title:
Signal Processing Engineer

A career-defining opportunity for a highly skilled Digital Signal Processing Engineer has arisen within Mane Contract Services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, development, and implementation of waveforms and algorithms for weapons system products.
  • Developing real-time digital signal processing systems that meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.
  • Creating and implementing waveform designs to optimize system performance.
  • Conducting system-level RF modeling to ensure seamless integration with other components.
  • Generating autocode from system models to streamline development workflows.
  • Leading requirements management and systems design activities to drive project success.
  • Mentoring junior engineers to foster their growth and development.

Requirements:
  • Degree in a STEM subject such as mathematics, computer science, or engineering.
  • Solid understanding of DSP algorithms at the systems level to ensure effective problem-solving.
  • Strong background in signal processing throughout the entire product lifecycle to guarantee quality and consistency.
  • Proficiency in Matlab and Simulink to develop and test complex signal processing systems.
  • Experience with C++ is desirable but not required.

Additional Information:

Due to security clearance reasons, applicants must have British citizenship or be a dual national with British citizenship.


Salary:

Up to £55,000 per annum depending on experience and qualifications.
