We are seeking a talented Graduate Process Improvement Engineer with a strong background in chemical or civil engineering to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the team in designing and constructing key elements of the microbial electrolysis pilot units, bringing innovative solutions from concept to reality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing system operating procedures, manual protocols, and safety documents.
  • Analysis of individual components and system performance to drive continuous improvement.
  • Project managing the delivery of the company's technology development programs to ensure outputs are provided on time, to quality, and on budget.
  • Generating financial and technical reports to inform both our strategy and our stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of an MEng in chemical or civil engineering or related field.
  • Demonstrated excellence in a relevant field, whether through academic achievements, projects, or previous roles.
  • Project Management experience.
  • Critical thinking and experimental analysis.
  • A full, clean driving license.
